Where does Elleme ship from?
All orders are processed and shipped directly from our warehouse in Italy to ensure the highest quality control and authentic Parisian design standards.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with all tags and protective packaging intact.
Are duties and taxes included in the price?
For orders within the European Union, taxes are included. For international orders, duties and taxes are calculated at checkout or may be charged by the carrier depending on your shipping destination.
How do I care for my Elleme leather bag?
To maintain the longevity of your piece, avoid prolonged exposure to direct light and heat. Store it in its provided dust bag and clean with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid contact with water, oils, and cosmetics.
